Excellent product and superior customer service

I purchased this shirt for my husband’s birthday, five days before the date. I didn’t expect that it would arrive in time, however I received a notice that it had arrived the next day. Unfortunately, Canada Post dropped the ball and it was nowhere to be found. When I notified Kim at loveJACK, she sent a repeat order the next day, and added an extra item! The second order was delivered correctly - on the day of his birthday and he absolutely loved the polo. So the product was great, but the customer service went above and beyond. Thank you!
